The sun was shining and the skies held clear, making for perfect carnival conditions, a welcome relief after a week of uncertainty.

The PCACS Senior School Sports Carnival was a vibrant celebration of athleticism, determination and House pride! The day was packed with high energy, exciting events and incredible displays of teamwork and sportsmanship as students gave their all for their Houses.

Laurence House entered the day as a hopeful contender for the Champion Shield, but it was Moody House who powered through to take the title, finishing with a dominant 3421 points! Congratulations Moody House on being this year’s winner, proudly led by Moody House Captain, Tatenda Mukwada.

In addition to the thrilling competition, we witnessed some record breaking performances in long jump, javelin and across various track events, a huge congratulations to our outstanding athletes who set new benchmarks on the day.

A massive thank you to Mr Chris Harry for his thorough planning, countless hours of preparation and a few sleepless nights keeping an eye on the weather forecast to ensure everything ran smoothly.

We also extend our sincere thanks to all staff that helped with events and parent supporters for your incredible help and encouragement throughout the day.

Well done to everyone involved, it was a brilliant day of sport, spirit and community at PCACS!
