Anglischools Piano Competition
On Friday, 29 August, a group of our talented music students travelled to Peter Moyes Anglican Community School to take part in the 13th Annual Anglischools Piano Competition.
This competition places students into levels where they perform alongside their peers from other schools.
A huge congratulations to all our participants for their amazing performances! We also celebrate the following outstanding results:
- Aiden Saito-Noble – Runner-Up in the Excellence Category and Runner-Up in the brand-new Sight-Reading Category.
- Bowan Zhang – Runner-Up in the Faith Category.

Wakakirri Performing Arts Festival
On Thursday, 19 August, our Senior School Dance Troupe travelled to His Majesty’s Theatre, Perth to take part in the 2025 Wakakirri Performing Arts Festival.
This national event gives students the chance to share their stories and ideas through the medium of dance.
Our troupe delivered a moving and powerful performance of Colours of Connection, which earned them a State Award and the honour of being named Runner-Up at the competition!

PCACS Performing Arts Showcase
In Week 9, we are excited to host a Performing Arts Showcase Spectacular! This will be held Friday of Week 9, 6:00 – 7:00pm in the Moortang Mia Auditorium.
This event will feature performances from Year 2 through to Year 12 students, highlighting the incredible breadth of talent at PCACS. Expect a variety of acts, including Rock Bands, Concert Bands, Buskers, Choirs, Drama Performances, Dance Acts and much more.
We look forward to celebrating the amazing creativity and dedication of our students – don’t miss it!
