Visitors were treated to a stunning array of paintings, sculptures, digital media projects and technological designs, a true testament to the imagination and skill nurtured at PCACS.

On Friday 19 September, PCACS proudly threw open the doors to the much anticipated official opening of the Kaleidoscope Art and Technologies Exhibition at the Keith Lindbeck Centre. The evening was a vibrant celebration of creativity, innovation and the incredible achievements of our students across both the Arts and Technologies disciplines.

The night kicked off with a dazzling Textiles catwalk that set the tone for the creativity on display. This was followed by the grand unveiling of the art gallery, showcasing inspiring works from students all the way from Years 1 to 12.

Throughout the evening, the school buzzed with excitement as families, teachers, students, and community members explored exhibitions scattered across the Campus. The Technology Block came alive with displays in Wood, Metal, Textiles, Food Technology, and Digital Technology. Over at the Moortang Mia Auditorium, the Music and Dance performances were an absolute hit, while the foyer buzzed with impressive robotics demonstrations. Adding to the lively atmosphere were Student Buskers and Circus Acts performing throughout the grounds and the beloved Carnley Cuppas Van kept everyone refreshed and energised.

Principal Felicity House warmly expressed her pride in the students’ dedication and creativity, highlighting how the exhibition perfectly embodied PCACS’s commitment to blending arts and technology to unlock new possibilities.

A big thank you to everyone involved in making our Arts & Technology Exhibition such a success. To our Visual and Performing Arts and Digital & Design Technologies teams, your creativity, planning and collaboration shone through in the outstanding displays and performances. To our Maintenance Team, the set up and beautiful presentation of the grounds made the event truly welcoming. This was a wonderful team effort and we are grateful to all who helped showcase our students’ talents so brilliantly.

The Kaleidoscope Exhibition opening was a truly memorable celebration that beautifully showcased the diverse talents and vibrant spirit of the PCACS community.
