Junior School Cross Country

Last week, our Junior School community truly came together, showing incredible team spirit and enthusiasm. With sneakers laced up and smiles all around, our students gave their best for the annual Interhouse Cross Country Carnival!

Our Year 2 students tackled a 700m course, while the determined Years 3 to 6 students powered through a challenging 1.8km run. The energy on the day was contagious, with every runner giving it their all.

A special shout out to the top 5 runners from each Year 3 to 6 group, these champions will proudly represent our School at the KSSA Interschool Carnival in Term 3. We’re beyond excited to cheer them on and support them every step of the way!

Leading up to the event, some amazing students from Years 3, 4, and 5 went above and beyond, sacrificing their lunchtimes to help clear a running path through the Junior School bush play area. Their teamwork and sense of community were truly inspiring, and their efforts played a huge part in the event’s smooth success. Well done, team!

And last but certainly not least, congratulations to Moody House for taking home the 2025 Junior Intershouse Cross Country shield! What an amazing team effort!
