P&F Association Aims

The P&F Association is an essential and active element of  PCACS.  Parental assistance across a wide range of activities is essential to the proper functioning of the School.

Committees

The P&F is comprised of a Managment Committee (elected at the AGM) through which a variety of Sub Committees are formed.  The main aim of the P&F is FRIENDRAISING.

Our Focus

The P&F is not a group that discusses/focuses upon operations issues that could be resolved through discussions with teachers or senior staff.  Its only focus is FRIENDRAISING.

The P&F provides assistance in such areas as co curricular, working bees, outdoor education, social activities, the Library and friendraising events.

Such work helps provide additional facilities and resources for children at the School which otherwise may not be possible.  We acknowledge respectfully that many parents have heavy time and work commitments that limit their availability for involvement in P&F activities.

Levy

At the 2011 AGM parents voted to implement a Fundraising Levy of $7.50 per term per family.  This levy replaces all fundraising such as raffles and stalls and in future only friendraisers will be held.  If you have any queries please contact the P&F Secretary Mrs Kruger on Kruger@live.com.au.

Your help

It is expected however, (and is a condition of accepting a place at the School) that all parents will be able to commit to some P&F activities as a show of support and community involvement for the School and for their children's holistic education.
