Introductory information about Peter Carnley Anglican Community School may be obtained from the Enrolments Officer at the School office.
FOR 2012 ENTRY INTO PCACS
An Application for Enrolment should be completed for each child and submitted with a non-refundable Application Fee of $70 per child (including GST). A certified copy of your child’s birth certificate must be shown to the Enrolments Officer at this time. It is important to note that the completion of an Application for Enrolment form and payment of the Application Fee does not guarantee a place at the School. Confirmation of enrolment will be conditional on a successful interview. Please note that for Kindergarten entry, your child must turn 4 years of age on or before 30 June in the year of entry. Children who do not meet this requirement cannot be accepted for enrolment.
Following receipt of the Application for Enrolment, a time will be arranged for you and your child/ren to meet with the Principal. School reports and Naplan results for the last three years (where applicable) should be brought to this interview. At this interview you should accurately represent the needs of your child as evidenced through previous schooling, day care or observations. We also require copies of visas from families who have entered the country recently and whose residency in Australia is visa dependent.
A formal offer of a place at the School is made following the successful completion of this process. All offers will be subject to a satisfactory interview.
Parents accept the offer of a place by returning to the School the documentation requested in the Letter of Offer. A non refundable Enrolment Fee of $800 for the first child plus $175 for each additional child enrolled from the same family (up to a maximum of $1,150) is required to be paid at this time.
Please note that despite the Letter of Offer being sent, the enrolment is not confirmed until the requested documentation and Enrolment Fee are received by the School.

All enrolment applications should be accompanied by a copy of the Birth Certificate, last 3 years of School Reports, any Naplan results, Immunisation record for Kindergarten students and the Application Fee.
FOR 2014 ENTRY AND ALL YEARS AFTER
Please fill out a Registration of Interest form instead of an Application for Enrolment form and submit this with the $70 fee. We only require a copy of the birth certificate at this stage.
Families will be contacted 12 to 18 months in advance of their child's nominated entry to arrange an interview date. We will require the Application for Enrolment to be filled out at this stage as well as receiving the requested documentation.
